Geomin Coal Energy Limited

Established in 2013 and Registered in Zambia, Africa. Geological Company Exploration Limited (GCEL) has been recognized as the third-largest coal reserve holder in Zambia, boasting reserves of 800 million tons. As we broaden our global presence, GCEL has invested in a significant coal mining venture in Zambia, Africa, through its subsidiary Geomin Coal Energy Limited. Following the acquisition of a Mining License from the Zambian government in March 2023, GCEL is poised to play a pivotal role in the coal mining sector.

With reserves of nearly 800 million tons, GCEL currently holds ownership of one of the seven available blocks. Additionally, the company is set to commence coal mining operations in two distinct areas and is committed to the development of a 600 MW power plant in the near future.

This ambitious project will be complemented by the establishment of a Coal to Liquid (CTL) Manufacturing facility, capable of producing 40,000 barrels of coal to liquid per day.

Achievements

Initiate the establishment of a Coal to Liquid Plant and a 500 MW Power Plant.

Secured a Mining License in March 2023, with operations anticipated to commence by October 2024.
